岗位职责:
1. Regular reporting to the GTAP Manager;
2. Formulation of strategies for the expansion of market shares at key end users and/or OEM;
3. Generation of domestic overall budget for key customers in GTAP;
4. Functional leadership ; regular coaching on the GTAP sales members in general and continuous supporting for newcomers;
5. Active implementation of sales concepts and strategies, and monitoring of the results;
6. Establishment of interpersonal relationships with decision makers ( KMU );
7. Cooperation and communication on international level with regard to GTAP Target Customers;
8. Proactive cooperation with domestic development depts. in order to develop customer-oriented solutions, services and concepts;
9. Provision of market relevant Data (market- and competition information) to the GTAP Management;
10. Management of NPDPs (New Product Development Proposals)
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, technical education as engineer;
2. At least 3 years experience in the customer oriented sales service, well-founded experiences in working with End User;
3. Fluently in speaking and writing English, good IT user skills;
4. Sales-oriented behavior, organizational talent, negotiating skills, positive thinking and high level of self motivation.
